Here’s some identifying methods:

1. Transparent PVC sheet looks yellow when in sunshine, and friable.
2. Virgin material touches smooth, and after folding appear white mark and blue selvedge.
3. The best way to see the difference is cut by scissors, white mark and blue selvedge will be the new one.
4. Burn it, good resin will be will be go out once the fire destroyed.
