L.a supermarkets plan to ban plastic bags

The Los Angeles parliament  recently passed a decree by majority that the supermakets will be no longer allowed to provide plasticbags to customers, even the paperbag the customer also need to pay  ten cents for each one.

The local plastic bag makers brought government for a lawsuit as an opposition, and  now the California court is hearing the case.
